Due to hearing aids tiny complex components and their placement inside the ear canal, they will break down from time to time even with daily cleaning. Schedule a repair appointment today so we can diagnose your hearing aid issue and get you back up and running again.
You can mail in your broken aids to our lab, drop off a broken device in our Repair Drop Box, or schedule a troubleshooting session via Telehealth with our doctor. We service Oticon, Phonak, Resound, Rexton, Signia, Siemens, Starkey, Unitron, & Widex brand hearing aids.

Mail in repairs: A prepaid shipping label along with specific packaging instructions will emailed to you within 24 hours of your checkout so you can securely and safely mail your hearing aids to our lab by simply dropping your repair in a UPS Drop Box near you. Once repaired, your hearing aid will be mailed directly to your home.
Repair Drop Box: Use the link below to notify Dr. Link of your repair. Drop your hearing aids inside an envelope with your name and number on the envelope. Drop your envelope in the Repair Drop Box outside our office located at 7180 E. Orchard Rd., Suite 302, Centennial, CO 80111. Once repaired, Dr. Link will notify you of completion or need for more extensive repair. Once complete, you will be able to pick up your device from a secured pick up lock box.
